Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items are NOT eligible for refunds.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
NOTE: Any products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Process (Non-Surgical Instruments)
1. To receive an RMA fill out the return form below
2. Email your request to Info@grandsurgical.com
3. A customer service representative will get back to you with your RMA# within 24 hours
4. Ship the products you wish to return, the RMA form with newly acquired RMA#, as well as proof of purchase to:
